About the role

n

Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving Aunty Grace's technology environment. You will oversee our Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, cyber security initiatives, device management and day-to-day IT operations while helping shape the future direction of our technology landscape. This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical expertise combined with a practical, customer-focused approach.

Key responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environments
n
- Administer users, permissions, groups and identity management
n
- Maintain licensing and access controls
n
- Apply security best practices and least-privilege principles
n
- Manage cyber security controls and security uplift initiatives
n




- Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities
n
- Maintain security documentation and standards
n
- Provide senior-level technical support and issue resolution
n
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
n

About you

n

n
- 5+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration or IT Operations
n
- Azure and Entra ID administration experience
n
- Intune and endpoint management experience
n
- Exposure to cyber security initiatives and security controls
n
- Experience supporting environments of 100-500 users
n
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security or related discipline
n
- Microsoft certifications highly regarded (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security)
n
