The Role

As a Functions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing event bookings.

- Coordinate and manage private functions and events across multiple venues.
- Handle client enquiries, bookings, and confirmations.
- Work with venue managers and staff to ensure flawless event execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ensure all functions align with company standards and policies.

About You To be successful in this role, you should have:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
