What You Will Be Working On You will bring sales, project delivery, production,installationand finance together around agreed priorities, strongerplanningand clear accountability.Replacingfirefighting with clear operating rhythm.

You Will

- Lead and develop the management team.





- Improve workflow and throughput from sales through tofinalinvoicing.

- Take ownership of P&L;, margin, cashflowand overall business performance.

- Improve planning,schedulingand utilisation of the existing ERP platform.

- Strengthen operational discipline without losing the business's practical'can-do'culture.

What it takes to be Successful The strongest candidate will be a commercially sharp operational leader who has already improved a complex SME or privately owned business.

You will understand how sales, projects,productionand installation need to work together, and you will be comfortable leading change where stronger accountability and management discipline arerequired.

- Leadership experience in manufacturing, joinery, construction-related production,installationor another project-based environment.
