Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager or similar)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and operational improvements
- Experience managing large teams and multiple departments
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
