Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brisbane, QLD.





The General Manager oversees day-to-day club operations, including administration, budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with league and regulatory requirements.

This role coordinates with coaching staff, volunteers, and partners to support player development pathways and ensure high-quality experiences for all teams, from recreational to elite levels.

The General Manager manages stakeholder relationships, including sponsors, community partners, and governing bodies, and supports marketing and communications activities to promote the club’s programs and events. The position is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the club’s mission and values, monitoring performance against targets, and reporting regularly to the club’s leadership and board.
