What you’ll do

- Provide comprehensive GP care to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities
- Conduct virtual consultations supported by our team and onsite nursing staff
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families and facility teams

What you’ll bring

- RACGP Fellowship and current unconditional AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care pathways or palliative care
- Compassionate,
