We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General and Skilled Labourers with forklift experience to join our clients’ warehouse teams across Melbourne’s western and northern suburbs – including Laverton, Derrimut, Altona, Truganina, Sunshine, and Campbellfield.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general warehouse duties including container unloading, loading and unloading of materials, and general site clean-up
- Operate forklifts - Slip Sheet Forklift, High Reach and Counterbalance for transporting, stacking, and retrieving stock
- Assist with setup and pack down of job sites and equipment
- Conduct manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflows




- Perform basic forklift maintenance checks and report any faults

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, construction, or general laboring (preferred)
- Valid Forklift License (LF) – High Reach or Counterbalance experience highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks
- Robust understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Flexible with shift times and locations
- White Card – Mandatory
- Valid Australian work rights (Citizenship, Residency, or full working visa)
- Reliable transport and current driver’s licence (preferred)
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening

Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)

- Forklift Licence (High Reach / Counterbalance)
- Working with Children Check
- Experience using power tools or operating machinery
