About the role

Everest Civil is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team in Regional QLD. As a Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil construction projects. What you'll be doing

- Extensive experience in regional road regrading and flood recovery projects
- Communicate effectively with the site team to coordinate activities and ensure a safe work environment
- Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Grader Operator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge and skill set of mixing gravels, formation and re sheeting operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and a proven track record of safe work practices
