We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and enthusiastic Graduate Developer to join our technology team and gain hands-on experience building and maintaining software applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career developers who want to strengthen their programming skills while working alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into working solutions.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under guidance from senior developers.
- Fix bugs, investigate technical issues, and support application improvements.
- Develop and integrate APIs and work with databases when required.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
- Use Git and version-control practices for collaborative development.
- Write basic unit tests and assist with functional and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Document technical solutions, development tasks, and application changes.
- Research new technologies and contribute ideas for improving development processes.

? What We’re Looking For





- Degree, diploma, or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, or similar languages .
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts such as variables, functions, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of Git, APIs, databases, and software development workflows.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Personal projects, university projects, coding challenges, or GitHub work are highly valued.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn from feedback and experienced developers.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
