What you’ll be doing

- Improving manufacturing processes and product structures.
- Solving real production challenges with engineering and workshop teams.
- Supporting Bills of Materials, labour routings, and product documentation.
- Developing assembly, inspection, and testing instructions.
- Contributing to safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements.
- Supporting new products and engineering changes through to production.

What you’ll bring

- A degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- An interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Exposure to CAD or SolidWorks through university or work experience.
- A practical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
