Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in construction, engineering or project management?

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join a growing team and work alongside experienced Project Managers delivering major façade and construction projects across Australia.

Our client is the Australian arm of a globally recognised façade manufacturing and construction group, with an established presence in the Australian market.

Your Role

- Providing project administration and coordination support
- Assisting with tendering and project documentation
- Reviewing design and engineering documentation
- Assisting with project programmes and tracking project progress
- Coordinating samples and materials for client approval
- Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers
- Assisting with in office project coordination and activities
- Supporting quality and safety processes and audits

You will have...

- A degree or qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline




- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- An interest in construction, engineering and project delivery
- Exposure to AutoCAD, Bluebeam or similar software would be advantageous
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!
- Previous construction, engineering, project administration or site experience is advantageous, but not essential
