Retail Store Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)

As our Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while ensuring the store looks spectacular every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

- Leading and inspiring the store team.

- Maintaining high merchandising standards and creating eye-catching displays.

- Stock replenishment and inventory presentation.
n
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised and ready for trade.
n
- Assisting customers with product advice and recommendations.
n
- Driving daily store performance and achieving sales targets.

About You

- Has previous retail management or supervisory experience.
n
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
n
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
n
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Takes pride in creating beautiful merchandise displays.

- Is reliable, energetic and able to motivate a team.
n
- Is available to work weekends, as weekend trading is an essential part of this role.
n
- Loves Christmas (not essential—but definitely a bonus!).
