About Us
n The Agostino Group is a proudly South Australian-owned company, with our head office based in Adelaide. We operate a growing network of 20 AMPM Fuel and Convenience stores, including 16 metropolitan locations and 4 regional sites. In addition, we own and manage several national food brand franchises, including Carl's Jr and Subway.

We are currently seeking dedicated full-time Site Managers to lead our AMPM stores, with opportunities available in Elizabeth and St Peters. You'll be supported by our experienced head office team, along with regular on-site guidance from our Operation Managers.

About the Role
n As a Site Manager, you will take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and overall store performance. This is a hands-on position focused on delivering operational excellence and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team

n

Recruit, train,



and manage staff

n

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

n

Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and support customer service

n

Oversee store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow

n

Support compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives

n

Please note: some public holiday work is required due to the nature of the business.

About You

n

Experience in retail, fuel, hospitality, or quick food management

n

Strong leadership and team management skills

n

Confident communicator with a hands-on approach

n

Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities

n
