Job Description

DYWIDAG Asia Co., Ltd. seeks an IT Team Lead (APAC/Australia) to manage day‐to‐day IT services across APAC, including end‐user support, infrastructure, and security. Based in the Greater Melbourne Area, you will lead a small, distributed team and act as escalation point for major incidents.

The role reports to the Global IT Director, aligns with SLAs, and supports global teams. A solid customer focus and cross‐site collaboration are essential.
