F&B; Duty Supervisor

The Opportunity

As a key support to our F&B; leadership team, you'll assist in overseeing daily operations, upholding strong food safety and compliance standards, managing costs, and guiding our frontline staff.

Your focus will be creating a smooth, efficient and welcoming service environment where both guests and team members feel supported.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with coordinating effective resource planning to ensure labour levels align with attendance forecasts.
- Managing your Food & Beverage team where responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, compliance training and conducting performance reviews.
- Working within set budgets to support financial performance.




- Training and mentoring your team on service standards to ensure guests are provided with superior service experience.
- Maintaining food safety standards, including accurate dietary management.
- Managing stock levels and investigating variance.

What We’re Looking For

- Availability to work shifts on any day of the week including weekends, public holidays and nights as required.
- Ability to work across any VRTP property as required.
- Effective communication, delegation and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payment handling and POS.
- Food safety and SAP knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, guest focused setting.
