Job Description

Ethos is seeking a Head of User Research to drive research across professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for an AI model. Remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start.

You will oversee the full study lifecycle—from discussion guides to insight synthesis—working with moderated usability tests, interviews, surveys, and research synthesis to inform product decisions. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of user or customer research, solid data-to-insight translation skills, and superb
