Job Description

UniSC is seeking a Senior Manager, Workplace Relations and Business Partnering to lead critical teams across the portfolio from the Sunshine Coast campus. You will guide complex, high‐risk workplace matters and advise executive leaders with a pragmatic, trauma‐informed approach.

You will be on site at Sippy Downs four days per week, with relocation support for interstate candidates and a focus on enterprise agreements and strategic workforce capability. Join UniSC's growth and impact agenda.
