Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that supports brand identity, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and communication initiatives. The role involves translating concepts and requirements into visually engaging designs while maintaining consistency across different channels and formats.

Key responsibilities include creating graphics for social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, marketing materials, and other digital and print assets. The role also involves developing layouts, selecting appropriate typography, imagery, colors, and visual elements, preparing design files for different platforms, and ensuring all creative work meets quality and brand standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to understand creative requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.




- Robust understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar software.
- Ability to create engaging digital and print designs for multiple platforms and formats.
- Familiarity with branding, social media design, digital advertising, and marketing materials.
- Strong creative, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand standards.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual concepts.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple design tasks.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn new design tools, technologies, trends, and creative techniques.
