Grounds Person & Allrounder

About Us: We are a luxury wedding, events and accommodation venue. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Grounds Person & Allrounder to join our team. If you are passionate about maintaining beautiful, protected environments and enjoy variety in your daily tasks, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and care for outdoor areas including lawns, gardens, and pathways
- Perform general grounds maintenance such as mowing, weeding, tidying and pruning
- Ensure all outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Assist with basic carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance tasks as required
- Operate gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with event setups, equipment moves, and general labour tasks
- Monitor and report any issues or repairs needed on-site
- Collaborate with the Estates Manager to ensure efficient completion of all tasks

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in groundskeeping,



landscaping, or maintenance roles
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- General handyman skills for basic maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
