About the role

Stepz Fitness is seeking a motivated and experienced Group Trainer / Team Member to join our dynamic team at our Dapto, NSW location. As a Group Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals through personalised training programs and engaging group classes. This is a part time position with the opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment and be part of a leading fitness brand.

Join our dynamic fitness team, where you'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, assist in promoting memberships, handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping, and maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular cleaning duties and equipment upkeep.

What you'll be doing

- Lead group fitness classes such as HIIT and strength training to motivate and inspire our members
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a professional and safe training environment,



ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and used correctly
- Assist with the promotion of the gym and its services to attract new members

What we're looking for

- A Certificate III is a minimum requirement for this role. Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent is not essential but desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction in a gym setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and engage with members
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A passion for health and fitness, and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
