THE ROLE

This is primarily a performance marketing role - you'll live in the ad accounts, the creative testing pipeline, and the numbers that tell us whether CAC is heading the right direction, with a secondary hand in the retention layer. You'll own the day-to-day Meta and Google relationship, briefing and directing agency partners, setting budget allocation, and owning CAC, ROAS and blended acquisition efficiency.



You'll run the test-and-learn engine for ad creative - hooks, formats, angles, mapped to customer archetypes, and test landing pages and onsite conversion points against paid traffic.

You'll build the rolling acquisition calendar around launches, seasonal moments and product availability, and partner with the retention function on segmentation logic and offer timing. You'll flag any consumer-law risk on pricing or gift-with-purchase claims before creative ships, and bring a clear read on CAC by channel, recent customer revenue and blended MER to monthly performance reviews.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Experience running Meta and Google paid media for a DTC / eCommerce brand
- Fluency in CAC, ROAS, MER and creative testing
- Comfortable with GA4 and Shopify
- Some lifecycle/CRM exposure
- Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI tools for research, copy and creative production
