We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Guest Experience Executive to join our Front Office team. This role will deliver exceptional service throughout the full guest journey, with a particular focus on VIP guests, World of Hyatt elite members and special occasions.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be at the heart of creating memorable stays for our guests, building genuine connections and ensuring every detail is taken care of—especially for our VIPs and World of Hyatt elite members. From preparing personalised pre-arrival experiences and coordinating room allocations to welcoming guests and following up after departure, you’ll help deliver a seamless journey from start to finish.

The Role

- Coordinate VIP arrivals, guest preferences, special requests and personalised amenities.
- Use Opera to maintain accurate guest profiles, notes and alerts.
- Welcome, escort and assist guests while sharing your knowledge of the hotel and local area.
- Take ownership of guest requests, feedback and service recovery.
- Monitor guest accounts and work with the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager to resolve any concerns.
- Identify and correct billing, profile and allocation errors.
- Stay up to date with Hyatt.com, OTA and partner rates and promotions.
- Champion World of Hyatt enrolments and support hotel-wide enrolment goals.
- Collaborate with Concierge,



Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering to create a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor Front Office communications and ensure important information is actioned promptly.

What You’ll Bring You’ll be a natural host who enjoys making people feel welcome and going the extra mile. You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge or a similar hospitality role.
- A genuine passion for personalised, high-quality guest service.
- Experience with Opera or a similar hotel property management system.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- An understanding of hotel billing, credit procedures and guest profile management.
- Professional presentation, discretion and a proactive approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively and confidently in a quick-paced environment.
