You will be responsible for:

- Operations, maintenance, repairs and painting of hotel
- General and emergency repairs to plant and equipment as required
- Carrying out daily checks of the building
- Competence in addressing common building repair & painting tasks and preventative maintenance
- Conducting duties in a protected manner adhering to current WH&S; legislation

Ideally you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- A flexible work attitude
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to swiftly identify and evaluate day to day issues for rectification
- Ability to prioritise and follow up on tasks as required
- Capacity to work unsupervised
- Professional presentation standards
