Bitu-mill, BildGroup's bitumen and asphalt surfacing business, is looking for an HC Truck Driver to join the SA team. The role is permanent, full-time and based in metro Adelaide. You will be transporting hot mix asphalt to road surfacing crews across SA worksites, operating an HC Flocon truck. If you have not driven a Flocon before, that is fine. We will train you.

What you will be doing

- Transport hot mix asphalt from plant to paving crews across SA using an HC Flocon truck
- Complete pre-start inspections and daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
- Work with supervisors and paving crew to keep materials arriving on time and in spec
- Follow all site safety requirements, traffic management plans and fatigue management obligations
- Work day or night shifts as directed by the operational programme

What you will need

- Current HC (Heavy Combination) driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Genuine availability for both day and night shift work, as directed by project requirements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Right to work in Australia
- White Card, or willingness to obtain one before starting

Useful, but not essential Experience in asphalt, bitumen, road construction or quarry haulage. Prior Flocon experience is welcome but not required.

- EBA-backed pay with overtime and night shift penalties on top
- Flocon training provided on commencement
- Metro Adelaide based. You are home every day
- Work with an established crew on ongoing road surfacing programmes
