The Head of Client Services and Delivery is a newly created executive leadership role working for a national not for profit organisation that supports Refugee and Migrant clients into the own micro-business or self employment opportunity. This role is essentially an operational leadership role, accountable for translating the organisation's strategy into integrated and scalable client services nationally. Your team will work with small business entrepreneurs, support business set up, coaching and sourcing of start-up funding (micro finance lending) to ensure migrant clients are equipped with the skills, capability and support to achieve long-term economic independence in Australia. The Head of Client Services & Delivery will demonstrate a collaborative, empowering and authentic leadership style, with the ability to build team capability and inspire high performance. We are seeking senior leaders with strong knowledge and experience in SME business lending and the ability to foster accountability, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional client and organisational outcomes.





The successful candidate will present as a strategic systems thinker with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable service models, leading multiple programs, and embedding operational excellence.

We are seeking expressions of interest from leaders who demonstrate the following:

- Proven leadership experience of front-line teams and experience leading service delivery of multiple service / product streams.
- Experience gained in microfinance, small business lending
- A proven track record of driving accountability with a client centric approach whilst fostering a strong team culture.
- The ability to implement change effectively and lead business systems and process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
- Experience in gender participation or inclusion programs (desirable)
- A strong commitment to Thrive’s mission and demonstrated values alignment.
