The Role

- Lead and support the Property Management & Leasing team
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of the portfolio
- Monitor vacancies, arrears, leasing and maintenance
- Ensure properties are leased quickly and effectively
- Maintain a high level of service for owners and tenants
- Improve processes and systems across the department
- Manage budgets, costs and department performance
- Ensure the team is meeting all compliance requirements




- Work closely with senior management on business improvements
- Build a positive, supportive and high-performing team

The Candidate

- 7+ years’ Property Management
- 3+ years’ leadership experience within Property Management
- Full Queensland Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
- Confident managing budgets, KPIs and portfolio performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused leadership style
