About the role

We are partnering with a leading global company to seek a

Head of Finance

, based in Australia. Responsible for driving financial performance, commercial decision-making and strategic planning across the ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ANZ

P&L;, revenue, gross margin and cost performance

.

- Partner with leadership to drive commercial decisions and growth

.

- Lead

AOP, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting

.

- Provide insights and challenge assumptions to improve profitability.

- Develop KPIs and enhance financial visibility and reporting.

- Lead and develop the team.

- Oversee

SOX, internal controls and audit requirements.

- Drive Finance process and system improvements.

Requirements





- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field;

CPA qualified preferred

.

- 10+ years’ Finance experience

.

- Solid

P&L;, FP&A; and commercial business partnering experience.

- Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution experience preferred.

- Strong commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.

- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Experience with

SAP S/4HANA, OneStream or similar reporting tools.

- Strong SOX, internal controls and leadership experience.
