Job Description

I'm currently looking to connect with experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architects for upcoming opportunities with a leading global organisation.

This is aimed at someone who can operate beyond the technical architecture - someone comfortable sitting with senior stakeholders, understanding complex business requirements and translating those into pragmatic, scalable D365 solutions.

The role will involve:

n

n
- Owning the end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 F&O;
n
- Advising clients throughout complex ERP transformation programmes
n
- Working across areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Retail and Manufacturing
n
- Leading solution design and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical delivery
n
- Working closely with functional, technical and integration teams
n
- Providing guidance and challenge to senior client stakeholders
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve solutions through automation, AI and emerging Microsoft technologies
n
- Supporting key architectural decisions throughout the programme lifecycle
n

What I'm looking for:

n





n
- Strong hands‐on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
n
- Previous experience operating as a Solution Architect / Lead Architect on large‐scale ERP programmes
n
- Strong understanding across Finance and/or Supply Chain Management
n
- Experience within Retail or Manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous
n
- A genuine consulting mindset - able to advise, challenge and influence rather than simply take requirements
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
n
- Experience within a Big 4, global SI or recognised Microsoft consultancy would be highly regarded
n
- An interest in how AI and innovation can improve ERP transformation and business outcomes
n

The technical capability is significant, but equally important is someone who can build credibility with clients and operate comfortably at senior stakeholder level.
