Job Description

Love to Dream is hiring a CRM Manager on a parental leave contract. You will own email and SMS marketing end to end across Australia, USA, UK, Canada and Europe, balancing creative design with data-driven optimization.

You will design campaigns in Canva and Klaviyo, build and improve automated flows, and drive CRM strategy to grow CLTV and loyalty. Sydney-based with hybrid work and growth opportunities.
