As part of continued growth and evolution of their diversified managed funds and ETF offerings, they are seeking an accomplished leader to head their Multi-Asset Product function.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a flagship multi-asset offering and influence the future development of investment solutions across a growing investor base.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead the strategic development, management and ongoing health and performance of a suite of multi-asset investment products. Working closely with investment, distribution, marketing and governance teams, you will ensure product offerings remain competitive, relevant and aligned with investor needs.

You will play a pivotal role in translating investment capabilities into compelling client solutions, driving product innovation, overseeing product governance, and positioning the business for continued growth across retail, adviser and direct channels. In addition, you will act as the face of the Multi-Asset Product offering externally, which will include regular interaction with ratings/research houses as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of multi-asset investment products.
- Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across the broader business
- Partner with investment teams to shape portfolio solutions and product enhancements.




- Drive product innovation and identify emerging market opportunities.
- Lead product governance, regulatory oversight and risk management activities.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with distribution and marketing teams, providing thought leadership to help develop marketing content, internal training and support product launches and other growth initiatives.
- Represent the organisation with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants and industry participants.

Candidate Experience You are an experienced investment strategy or product executive with deep expertise in multi-asset investing and a solid understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment markets.

You will bring

- Extensive experience within investment management, superannuation or wealth management.
- Demonstrated success leading investment products or investment solutions businesses.
- Strong understanding of multi-asset investment strategies and client outcomes.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, business or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications or CFA accreditation will be highly regarded.
