Your new role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this newly enhanced leadership position will take ownership of the organisation's technology strategy, operations and transformation agenda. The role offers a rare blend of strategic leadership, operational ownership and executive influence, making it an outstanding opportunity for an experienced technology leader looking to make a visible impact.

As Head of Technology, you will lead a team of four technology professionals while providing strategic direction across infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP platforms, business applications, service delivery, vendor management and technology transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and executing a four-year technology strategy and roadmap.
- Leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
- Providing executive and Board-level technology advice and guidance.
- Driving improvements across infrastructure, cybersecurity and service delivery functions.
- Overseeing ERP platforms, business-critical systems and ongoing technology investment.
- Managing IT budgets, technology vendors and strategic partnerships.
- Building, mentoring and leading a team of four direct reports.
- Ensuring technology is viewed as a strategic business enabler across the organisation.
- Leading technology projects, system upgrades,



integrations and digital transformation programs.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience as a Head of Technology, Head of IT, Technology Manager or IT Manager in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, facilities management, industrial services, infrastructure or project-driven environments will be highly regarded.
- Experience developing and delivering technology strategies, roadmaps and transformation programs.
- Robust background across infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity and IT operations.
- Experience managing ERP platforms, enterprise applications and complex system integrations.
- Demonstrated success delivering organisational change and technology modernisation initiatives.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing technology teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to budgeting, procurement and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage executives, operational leaders and Board-level stakeholders.
- The ability to translate technology strategy into measurable business outcomes.
