Our Customer Service Team is the beating heart of our business, and we ensure every team member has the knowledge, tools and support they need to succeed.
About the Role
Based in our Sunshine Head Office, this role sits at the centre of our operations and is often the first point of contact for our customers.
You will be responsible for supporting residential and commercial customers with enquiries, bookings and service coordination, while ensuring our technicians have the information and schedules they need to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls, emails and online enquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and identify solutions to customer needs
- Schedule pest control services and coordinate technician appointments
- Liaise with customers and field technicians to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and service information across multiple systems
- Assist customers with service enquiries and provide information about our pest management solutions
- Support basic administrative and reporting activities
- Monitor and update job schedules to maximise operational efficiency
- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-oriented workplace culture

About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll be successful in this role if you:

- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Possess a good understanding of Melbourne's metropolitan suburbs (advantageous)
- Have previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, helpdesk or contact centre environments (highly regarded)

Working Hours
This is a full-time onsite position based in Sunshine, Melbourne's western suburbs.
You'll work a rotating roster within our operating hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with start times of 7:00am, 8:00am or 9:00am. This structured roster provides flexibility across the team while supporting a healthy work-life balance.
