About the role

We are seeking a Home Care Support Worker to join our team in Denmark, WA. This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older individuals within our community.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide essential support services to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. This role is fundamental to our mission of delivering compassionate, person-centred care that respects individual needs and preferences.

What you'll be doing

- Providing personal care assistance including help with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning and general tidiness to maintain a safe home environment.
- Providing companionship and social engagement to combat isolation and promote emotional wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of care provided and reporting any concerns to management.
- Collaborating with the broader care team to ensure a coordinated approach to client support.
- Contributing to a culture of person centred care that prioritises client choice,



dignity and independence.

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for providing compassionate care and supporting the aged community.
- Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to client needs.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently whilst maintaining skilled standards.
- A valid police clearance, flu vaccination and Australian work rights.
- A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport to travel between client homes.
- Flexibility to work diverse hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
