About the Role

The role involves checking private health insurance eligibility, confirming cover details, preparing patient cost estimates, and liaising with health funds, patients, and hospital staff to support accurate admissions and billing.

Key Duties and Requirements

· Check online health fund eligibility and confirm cover, excess, exclusions, and waiting periods. · Liaise with health funds and patients regarding eligibility and out-of-pocket costs.

· Maintain accurate admission, billing, and insurance information.

· Provide professional administrative support to admissions, theatre bookings, accounts, and clinical teams.

· Previous hospital administration, billing, or WebPAS experience is desirable.

· Robust attention to detail, communication skills, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential.
