About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager, a practical all-rounder role — not just sitting in the office and telling others what to do. You’ll be dealing with guests, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, solving problems, coordinating staff and contractors, and helping with basic maintenance issues when needed.

The hotel is located in The Entrance 2261, a coastal area around an hour from North Sydney.

Key responsibilities

- Deal with guests, suppliers, contractors and external authorities
- Keep day-to-day hotel operations running smoothly
- Solve problems and deal with issues as they come up
- Coordinate staff and contractors
- Help with basic maintenance and troubleshooting

About you

- Strong English communication skills and confidence dealing with people from all walks of life




- Some management experience or robust management skills
- Practical, hands-on and willing to get involved
- Able to solve problems and make sound decisions
- Confident, resilient and adaptable
- Basic maintenance, handyman or troubleshooting skills are highly regarded
- Interested in building a long-term career and becoming part of the local community
- Open to relocating to the area for the right opportunity
