Northern Ag And Civil seeks a farm manager to lead the day-to-day cropping program, oversee rain-grown crops such as sorghum, forage, hay, and grain, and manage plant and machinery at the property about 240 km south of Darwin.
You will supervise 4–5 staff and contractors, plan seasonal activities, maintain equipment, ensure safety, and report to directors while coordinating crop rotation across 4,000ha in a remote station setting.
