$85,000 – $95,000 per year + vehicle, annual bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established commercial client portfolio while developing new business opportunities across Southeast Queensland.
n You'll work with a wide range of commercial clients including builders, landscape contractors, architects, developers, councils, schools, body corporates, facility managers and insurance builders.
n Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and working closely with our estimating, design and project teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

n

Manage and grow an established commercial client portfolio.

n

Develop new business opportunities across the commercial sector.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, councils, schools and other key stakeholders.

n

Prepare quotations and proposals in conjunction with the estimating team.

n

Identify opportunities within existing client accounts.

n

Maintain an organised sales pipeline and CRM.

n

Conduct client meetings and site visits.

n

Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

n

Represent the company professionally throughout the sales process.

n

About you

n

Experience in business development, account management or commercial sales.

n

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

n

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

n





A proactive approach to identifying and securing recent opportunities.

n

Confidence working with commercial clients and decision makers.

n

Experience within construction, landscaping, building products, manufacturing or a related industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
