The Opportunity

n

We are looking for a results-driven,



customer-focused Business Manager who knows how to turn opportunities into results.

n

You will work closely with the Sales Team to maximise every opportunity, provide customers with exceptional finance and insurance solutions, and deliver an outstanding experience from enquiry through to delivery.

n

This is a role for someone who is commercially driven, competitive and motivated to earn, but who also understands that long-term success comes from building trust with customers and the team.

n

We are looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience and success as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager
n
- A strong sales and results-driven mindset
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
- Strong attention to detail, process and compliance
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- The confidence to work closely with Sales Consultants and drive finance penetration
n
- A positive, team-focused attitude
n
- Experience with ERA, FinanceConnect & LeadDriver is advantageous, but not essential.
n

Your role

n

You will be responsible for:

n

- Maximising finance, insurance and warranty opportunities
n
- Working closely with the Sales Team to close sales
n
- Managing customer finance applications from enquiry through to settlement
n
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experience
n
- Achieving and exceeding Finance & Insurance KPIs
n
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation
n
- Contributing to a high-performance, positive team culture
