We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Broker – Property & Development Finance to join our growing commercial lending team.

n

This is an office-based Melbourne CBD role for an experienced commercial broker with a strong background in property, development and construction finance.

n

You'll work across complex and high-value transactions, build strong relationships with developers and property investors, and play an important role in the continued growth of the commercial business.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Managing the end-to-end broking process across property, development and construction finance

n

Working with property developers, investors and business owners to understand their funding requirements

n

Structuring complex commercial lending solutions

n

Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to settlement

n

Preparing and presenting finance proposals to lenders

n

Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, non-bank lenders and key stakeholders

n

Managing a robust pipeline and ensuring transactions progress efficiently

n

Negotiating with lenders to achieve strong outcomes for clients





n

Identifying new business opportunities and growing an existing client network

n

Keeping up to date with lender policies, products and market changes

n

Providing a high level of service throughout the lending process

n

About You

n

Proven experience as a Commercial Broker

n

Strong experience across Property, Development and Construction Finance

n

Extensive knowledge of commercial lending and property finance

n

Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate complex transactions

n

Strong lender relationships and understanding of credit requirements

n

Proven track record of managing and converting a lending pipeline

n

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills

n

Commercially minded with a strong focus on client outcomes

n

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

n

Self-motivated, driven and confident working in a high-performing workplace

n

$150,000 – $200,000 + super, depending on experience
