We're seeking persons with minimum one year of work experience in a similar role.

Qualifications & experience

n

Minimum 12 months experience in building and hotel management

n

Immaculate presentation

n

Excellent attention to detail

n

Ability to deliver a strong customer service

n

Experience using MyBOS, REI Cloud preferable not essential

n

High level time management skills

n

Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and Caretaking Agreements

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

Ensuring budgeted occupancy levels are achieved or exceeded

n

Planning and managing resource levels to adequately deliver high quality customer service and operations

n





Overseeing the delivery of the on-site training requirements of new customer service team members

n

Actioning of general & scheduled building maintenance tasks

n

Obtaining quotations and preparation of reports for Body Corporate Committee and Strata Manager
