Athena Home Loans is seeking a Senior Collections Lead to manage end-to-end mortgage arrears from early intervention through to late-stage recoveries, including bridging loan defaults. You'll drive sustainable outcomes and support the Athena Assist program in a hands-on, high-growth fintech setting.
