Job Description

Alignerr is building a dataset of expert tasks to train AI agents in enterprise customer support. As a Task Author for Customer Support, you will design end-to-end triage tasks, perform account checks, and decide between fix and escalation in real-world scenarios.

The role is a fully remote hourly contract for Sydney/Australia residents, offering flexible schedule and freelance autonomy with meaningful, task-based work.
