The Role

n

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a key role in converting enquiries into consultations and helping clients begin their migration journey with confidence.

You will work closely with our lawyers and migration professionals, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from their very first interaction with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
n
- Qualify leads and gather relevant client information
n
- Schedule consultations with lawyers and migration professionals
n
- Follow up with prospective clients after consultations
n
- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the enquiry process
n
- Maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM system
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
n
- Support the ongoing growth and success of the Migration Team
n
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the full sales process.
n




- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
n
- Discover and explore new sales opportunities through networking, market research, industry events, and cold outreach
n
- Execute targeted lead generation strategies across both corporate clients and individual consumers, effectively expanding our B2B and B2C pipelines.

About You

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident speaking with clients and building rapport

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- A positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
n
- Strong customer service or sales skills
n
- Experience in sales, client services, migration, education, recruitment, or other customer-facing roles will be highly regarded
