Our client is a registered NDIS and TAC WorkSafe provider delivering holistic disability support across home care, residential, respite and community settings. About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and hands-on House Supervisor to support the development of a strong and consistent team around a female NDIS participant. You will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to the team while remaining hands-on and working directly with the participant. You will help promote consistency across the team and ensure supports are delivered safely, respectfully and in accordance with the participant’s individual needs and support plans.

This is a full-time chance, with shifts consisting of a combination of AM, PM and sleepover shifts.

We are looking for someone with the right values, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to develop their leadership skills through training,



coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of support staff in a residential setting
- Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence
- Provide behavioural management support and implement behavioural modification strategies
- Apply trauma-informed care principles in daily practice
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and external agencies to ensure the best possible care
- Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and documentation
- Ensure the home environment is safe, welcoming, and compliant with all relevant regulations

About You

You will be someone who:

- Has experience supporting people living with disability.
- Is compassionate, calm, reliable and respectful.
- Is confident taking responsibility and providing guidance to other support workers.
- Can maintain appropriate professional boundaries while building positive relationships.
- Understands the importance of participant choice, dignity, privacy and independence.
- Has strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Is willing to be hands-on and lead by example.

Essential Requirements

- Qualification in Health, Aged Care, Disability, or related field
- Minimum 1-year full-time experience in a supervisory role within Health, Aged Care, or Disability Services




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to meet all required NDIS and employment compliance requirements.
