About You
You may currently be working as:
- HR Advisor
- People & Culture Advisor
- HR Coordinator ready for the next step
- Junior HR Business Partner
- HR Generalist
You don't need to have done everything before. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, communicate confidently, think critically and genuinely care about helping people succeed. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, solutions-focused and eager to grow their career.
You'll bring:
- Qualifications in Human Resources,
Employment Relations, Business or a related discipline
- Experience in an HR generalist or advisory role
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
- The confidence to ask questions, challenge thinking and contribute ideas
