HR Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, practical and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our HR team.

This is a outstanding role for someone who enjoys variety, likes keeping things moving, and is confident supporting employees and leaders with day-to-day HR questions.

You’ll be the first point of support for routine HR matters, help keep employee information accurate, and play an important role in making sure our HR processes run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support a broad range of HR activities, including:

- Providing first-line HR support to employees and managers
- Assisting with routine compensation, employment and HRIS queries
- Coordinating probation reviews, performance reviews and exit interviews
- Supporting recruitment activities, medical bookings and revalidations
- Preparing and maintaining employment documents, contracts and variations
- Keeping employee records accurate and up to date in the HRIS
- Supporting HR projects and process improvements

What you’ll bring You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be organised, reliable and confident working with people and information.

We’re looking for someone with:





- A HR qualification or around 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR/admin role
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with confidential and sensitive information
- Experience using HR systems or maintaining employee records
- A practical, helpful and solutions-focused approach
- An understanding of Australian employment legislation, including Fair Work and NES, would be highly regarded
