Your new company We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused HR Manager to lead and deliver people initiatives across the business. This is a broad generalist role that will see you partner with leaders, support employees throughout the employee lifecycle, and drive people-focused outcomes that contribute to organisational success.

Your new role

As the HR Manager, you will be the key people partner for the business, providing strategic and operational HR support across a diverse workforce.

Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supporting the attraction, retention and development of talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice and guidance
- Manage employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and people initiatives
- Support learning and development programs and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation,



awards and company policies
- Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support business decisions

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in a senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager position
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience managing employee relations and performance matters
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
