Ongoing Full-time vacancy.
As a HR Officer within SAPOL’s HR Operations & Partnering Branch, you will be the first point of contact for pay queries, contracts and advertisements. This position provides advisory and administrative support across a range of HR functions, including HR administration, recruitment, employment conditions, employee transactions, HR systems and records management.
The role is responsible for providing accurate information and advice, supporting the delivery of HR services and contributing to the effective coordination of HR processes in accordance with established procedures, legislative requirements and organisational policies. This role helps ensure our HR administration processes are smooth, compliant and achieve positive outcomes for the Agency and our people.
The incumbent will primarily be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Preparation of employment documentation, including contracts and employee lifecycle correspondence within a high-volume environment;
- Coordinating advertisement and recruitment activity;
- Delivering accurate and timely HR database management (Chris21);
- Handling and responding to pay and employment condition related queries; and
- Providing a responsive, skilled customer service to employees and leaders within the Agency.

Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary ASO3 - $74,095 - $78,694 per annum.
