About the Role

We are seeking an HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources Central Team at our Brisbane International Airport location. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to support our HR and Recruitment functions across the organisation. You will play a vital role in attracting, screening and onboarding talented individuals whilst providing essential Recruitment and HR administrative support.

This role is based on-site at Brisbane Airport, QLD 4008, and offers exposure to the dynamic aviation industry environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling and reference checking
- Managing job applications and maintaining recruitment databases and tracking systems
- Assisting with onboarding new employees, including preparation of documentation, orientation materials and induction coordination




- Liaising with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment support
- Performing general office administration tasks and providing clerical support as part of the HR Central team when required
- Contributing to recruitment initiatives and special projects as required

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination, including candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding and stakeholder engagement.
- Previous experience in an HR, people support or recruitment administration role, ideally within aviation, transport, logistics or another fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience using recruitment management systems, HRIS platforms and employee databases.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records,



documentation and data integrity.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a team-oriented approach to supporting candidates, employees and stakeholders.
- A sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, HR compliance requirements and recruitment best practices is desirable.
