Our client, a proudly Australian family-owned waste management company, is looking for an experienced HR Sideloader Truck Driver to join their friendly and safety-focused team in Grafton. If you enjoy working with excellent people, providing outstanding service and making a positive impact on the environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Operating a sideloader waste collection truck
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout your run
- Working safely and efficiently every shift
- Being part of a supportive team that values people and the environment

What We’re Looking For

- HR Truck Licence
- Previous sideloader truck experience highly regarded
- At least 1-2 years of truck driving experience
- General truck driving experience will also be considered
- Excellent hand-eye coordination




- Strong commitment to workplace safety

- Effective communication skills
- Dedication to exceeding customer service expectations
- Team-focused attitude
- Ability to provide two workplace references
- Must have Evidence of Hepatitis A and B immunisations to progress application

- Must live locally
